Ice cream van traders could face new restrictions

- Chimes would also be prohibited within 50 metres of schools during school hours, hospitals, and places of worship.
- New rules would require traders to obtain permission from nearby schools before selling in their vicinity and impose a 15-minute trading limit in approved locations.
