Kyiv's main government building was struck during an overnight Russian attack on Sunday, marking the first time the building has been hit in the conflict.
The assault involved over 800 drones and missiles, causing damage to the roof and upper floors of the Cabinet of Ministers building, as confirmed by Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
In addition to the government building, a warehouse, a 16-storey residential block, and a four-storey building were also hit during the extensive attack.
The widespread strikes resulted in the deaths of two people, including a one-year-old child, and left 15 others injured.
