  • Mexico City health officials confirmed the deaths of a 40-year-old man and a 15th unidentified person from their injuries.
  • Thirty-nine people remain hospitalised following the incident.
  • Investigators determined the truck's tank ruptured after colliding with something and are examining whether the driver was speeding or adequately trained.
  • The resulting fire last Wednesday engulfed more than two dozen vehicles and left numerous victims with severe burns.
