Man charged after huge cargo ship crashes into front garden

  • A cargo ship's second officer has been charged with negligent navigation after the vessel ran aground near a home in Norway.
  • The NCL Salten ran aground in the Trondheim Fjord, narrowly missing Johan Helberg's house.
  • Helberg was asleep and unaware of the incident until a neighbor alerted him.
  • No injuries or oil spills were reported among the 16 people on board.
  • The ship is being unloaded to facilitate its removal, and the shipping company is cooperating with investigators.
