President Trump announced that American forces conducted "mass precision strikes" on three Iranian nuclear facilities: Natanz, Esfahan, and the Fordow enrichment site.
The President described the airstrikes as a "spectacular military success," stating that the targeted facilities were "completely and totally obliterated."
The attacks used Tomahawk cruise missiles and GBU-57A/B "bunker-buster" bombs, with the latter dropped by B-2 Spirit stealth bombers.
President Trump issued an ultimatum to Iran, warning them to choose "peace" or face "tragedy" and "far greater" future attacks if they do not return to negotiations.
The strikes followed a week-long Israeli campaign against Iran's nuclear capabilities, with President Trump thanking Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for their efforts.
