- Rainfall totals are expected to be 20-30mm across much of the warning area, with some places potentially seeing 40-60mm within six to nine hours, and coastal gales are also likely.
- Separately, the Northern Lights were visible across parts of the UK and Ireland overnight on Monday, though viewing conditions are expected to worsen on Tuesday and Wednesday.
