  • The Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate, are preparing to move into Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park later this year.
  • They will relocate with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, to the eight-bedroom property.
  • The royal couple are reportedly covering the costs of the property and its renovations themselves, ensuring no expense to the taxpayer.
  • This new residence is a short distance from their current home, Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, allowing their children to continue attending Lambrook School nearby.
  • Forest Lodge is a Grade II-listed property, estimated to be worth approximately £16 million on the open market, with the King retaining the freehold.
