Chelsea's Premier League match against Manchester United started chaotically with goalkeeper Robert Sanchez receiving a straight red card for a last-man challenge after just five minutes.
Manchester United capitalised on the early dismissal, with Bruno Fernandes opening the scoring shortly after Sanchez was sent off.
Chelsea's star forward Cole Palmer was substituted in the 21st minute due to a suspected groin injury, appearing visibly agitated as he left the pitch.
Casemiro extended Manchester United's lead to 2-0 in the 36th minute, further compounding Chelsea's difficulties.
However, Casemiro was also sent off on the stroke of half-time after receiving a second yellow card, levelling the playing field to 10 men each.
