The UK's constituencies tend to turn to their pastoral buildings for makeshift polling stations – village halls, churches, tranquil primary schools, that sort of thing - but not Woolwich, which is using the Royal Arsenal.
Voters at the Greenwich Heritage Centre find themselves staring down the barrel of a tank this morning, in scenes reminiscent of a North Korean election.

Other novelty and possibly ill-advised polling stations include that of East Dulwich, which is using a pub.
