THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The harbour offers an abundance of joyful activities; rent sea kayaks, go crabbing or take one of the passenger ferries that run to Falmouth, Truro, or St Anthony Head (where you can walk to the lighthouse). There are plenty of options for day trips and activities; walk the coastal path, take a stand-up-paddle boarding tour or enjoy a boat charter to the nearby National Trust Trelissick.
By car: the hotel is 5 hours 30 mins from London, 3 hours 30 mins from Bristol, and 1 hour 40 mins from Plymouth. Parking is available in the village.
By train: London Paddington to Truro takes around 4 hours 30 mins. The station is 40 mins from the hotel in a taxi. Book trains to Truro.
THE LOOK AND FEEL
This relaxed harbourside retreat hones in on its enviable waterside position, with a nod towards the location in the nautical paraphernalia; a combination of new and vintage items create a laidback Cornish-coastal aesthetic.
