The hotel is very stylish and luxurious, with warm colour tones everywhere from the reception area to the rooms. There is a 1930s Art Deco vibe running throughout the hotel décor, for example the furnishings and décor of the huge Gallery lounge and the Sidecar bar. Little corners with open fires make the hotel feel cosy in winter and there's an open air terrace for summer. There is art from Irish artists like Louis le Brocquy and Norah McGuiness.

The service here is five-star throughout, from the porters and valets at the front door to waiting staff in the food outlets, and everyone else in the hotel. The hotel has thought of every detail and amenity that you might want - and it even has its own bespoke china. There is valet parking and the hotel has a small gym
