Donald Trump has done 50 'crazy and/or impeachable' things already

There are over 600,000 signatories for the website ImpeachDonaldTrumpNow.org.

According to the website, the grounds for impeachment are: “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanours”.

In order to start impeachment proceedings, a “resolution calling for a committee investigation of charges against the officer in question” has to be introduced to the House of Representatives.

The campaign to impeach him argues that the president has not divested from his business interests, allegedly putting him in violation the Foreign Emoluments Clause, which forbids any “Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under [the United States]” from accepting “any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State”.

In this case “emolument” refers to any benefit received from foreign governments.

Bloombergwrote an in-depth article about the executive order that banned civilians from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US (this has since been lifted).

It claims that Trump’s list did not include countries where he has pursued business - such as Egypt and Turkey.

Impeach Trump Now also argue that his connection to foreign business holdings may put him in violation of, is the Domestic Emoluments Clause and the federal STOCK Act.

Exploring these claims further is Keith Olbermann - host of GQ's The Resistance -, in a new video released on Monday.

In the latest episode, Olbermann creates an exhaustive list of 50 things the president has done in his three weeks of office that are “crazy and/or impeachable”.

Some of the things he cites include:

• To be using one step security [and] to be using what appears to be a five-year-old non-secure phone.
• Institutes a refugee ban on Muslim nations on a day that recalls how America turned its back on refugees from Nazi Germany.
• White House does not issue read out of weekend phone call between Trump and Vladimir Putin allegedly because White House switched off the recorder.
• Adjusts sanctions against the sales of cyber-security materials to the Russian FSB – the same spy agency accused of blackmailing him.
• February 5^th: finishes a two-day-long siege of Twitter attacks against the Washington state judge that ruled against the Muslim ban writing: "If something happens blame him and court system”.
