‘There has to be a better way’: Kim Kardashian hits out at ‘inhumane’ ICE raids
LA protests: Pete Hegseth deflects budget question about deployment of Marines
Kim Kardashian has spoken out against ICE raids in Los Angeles, which have sparked protests across the country.
The protests began after President Trump ordered mass deportations of illegal immigrants and deployed National Guard troops and Marines to Los Angeles without California Governor Gavin Newsom’s permission.
Kardashian, with 356 million Instagram followers, voiced her support for the immigrant population, emphasizing their contributions to the city while describing the raids as “inhumane” and saying “there has to be a better way” of addressing illegal immigration.
Kardashian has praised Trump in the past for commuting Alice Johnson's sentence in 2018, after Johnson served over 20 years for a non-violent drug offense.
