Retailer recalls glass mug over ‘shatter risk’ warning
- B&M has issued a recall for an autumnal glass mug due to a potential safety risk.
- The Harvest Print glass mug, decorated with pumpkins and mushrooms, carries a risk of its base breaking when filled with hot water.
- The product has been on sale in B&M stores since 21 July.
- Customers who purchased the mug are advised to retain the packaging and return the item to any B&M store for a full refund.
- B&M apologised for any inconvenience caused and provided a customer service number for further enquiries.
