  • The Harvest Print glass mug, decorated with pumpkins and mushrooms, carries a risk of its base breaking when filled with hot water.
  • The product has been on sale in B&M stores since 21 July.
  • Customers who purchased the mug are advised to retain the packaging and return the item to any B&M store for a full refund.
  • B&M apologised for any inconvenience caused and provided a customer service number for further enquiries.
