Located discreetly amidst blackberry brambles in Hallen, overlooking the River Severn estuary near Bristol, the subterranean dwelling offers no external view.
This bunker is one of approximately 1,500 shelters built across the UK for the Royal Observer Corps to monitor nuclear attacks, decommissioned and sold to the public in the 1990s.
The spartan 128 square foot "Room One" features peeling paint, basic furnishings, and a crude chemical toilet, marketed as ideal for a wine cellar or secure utility area.
A similar bunker in Yorkshire Dales National Park sold for £48,000 last year, with buyers planning to convert it into a tourist attraction.
