- Scottish Borders Council initiated legal action, and the group has been ordered to vacate the premises by noon on Monday.
- Should they fail to comply, the council intends to seek a further order from a sheriff for their removal.
- The group claims they are reclaiming land stolen from their ancestors 400 years ago and stated on social media that their “kingdom can never be destroyed”.
