Israel releases photo of Greta Thunberg being deported after aid boat seized

Greta Thunberg is being deported from Israel after the Israeli military seized the Gaza-bound ship she was on, according to the country’s Foreign Ministry.
The Foreign Ministry shared a photo on X of Ms Thunberg on a plane headed for France.
The Swedish activist was among 12 passengers on the Madleen, a boat carrying aid to Gaza; she has accused Israel of systematic war crimes against Palestinians.
The group was protesting the ongoing war and humanitarian crisis in the besieged enclave.
Israel maintains that such ships violate its naval blockade of Gaza.
