  • The recall follows reports of the screw-cap lids forcefully ejecting, causing injuries to customers.
  • The Consumer Product Safety Commission received three reports of customers being hit in the face by the lids.
  • Two individuals have reported permanent blindness after being struck in the eye by the exploding caps.
  • Customers are advised to immediately stop using the bottles, sold nationwide since 2017, and return them to Walmart for a full refund.
