Trump says Ukraine may get more Patriot missiles after Zelensky Nato meeting

President Donald Trump is considering sending more Patriot missile systems to Ukraine and is not ruling out a new defense assistance package.
Speaking at the Nato summit in The Netherlands, Trump called on Russian leader Vladimir Putin to end the war, expressing frustration with the ongoing conflict.
Trump recounted rebuking Putin for offering to mediate Israel-Iran hostilities instead of focusing on ending the war in Ukraine, noting Putin has been “more difficult” than Zelensky.
He acknowledged Ukraine's urgent need for Patriot anti-air missiles, stating the U.S. would “see if we can make some available” despite their scarcity and prioritization for Israel.
Nato's 32 member nations reaffirmed their commitment to supporting Ukraine, pledging direct contributions to defense as part of efforts to meet spending thresholds.
