Great Britain secured their first swimming medal at the 2025 World Aquatics Championships, winning gold in the men's 4x200m freestyle relay.
The gold-medal winning team consisted of Matthew Richards, James Guy, Jack McMillan, and Duncan Scott, who anchored the team to victory in 6 minutes and 59.84 seconds.
This triumph saw Great Britain reclaim their world title, finishing ahead of China, who took silver, and Australia, who secured bronze.
In other events, Angharad Evans finished fifth in the women's 200m breaststroke final, and Luke Greenbank placed eighth in the men's 200m backstroke final.
Ben Proud qualified sixth for the men's 50m freestyle final, while Jordan Houlden narrowly missed a medal, finishing fourth in the men's 3m springboard final.
