Disgraced film executive Harvey Weinstein has appeared to confess to sexual assault in a newly-released audio recording.
The 65-year-old is allegedly heard saying “I won’t do it again” after Ambra Battilana Gutierrez, a Filipina-Italian model , accuses him of groping her breast.
The footage was recorded by the New York Police Department after Ms Gutierrez filed a complaint alleging the businessman had sexually assaulted her during a meeting at his office, according to the New Yorker
Supported by an undercover police operation, the former Miss Italy finalist wore a wire and recorded her conversation with whom the magazine alleges is Mr Weinstein the following day.
The meeting took place outside Mr Weinstein’s room in the Tribeca Grand hotel in New York, according to the report.
In the audio, a man who the magazine identifies as Mr Weinstein can be heard telling a woman reported to be Ms Gutierrez to “get in here”, before saying he will do “nothing” to her.

The movie mogul can later be heard warning Ms Gutierrez not to “embarrass” him.
When confronted by the model about why he had touched her breast the day before, the businessman apologises.
“Oh, please, I’m sorry, just come on in,” Mr Weinstein says. “I’m used to that. Come on. Please.”

Similar to the stories told by other women, Weinstein drove the actor home, only to reportedly burst into Sciorra's apartment and start unbuttoning his shirt. “He shoved me onto the bed, and he got on top of me,” Sciorra said. “I kicked and I yelled.” Weinstein then allegedly locked her arms and forced sexual intercourse on her. She told a press conference in New York that she felt pressured into telling Weinstein she was staying at the Sanderson Hotel after being put on the spot. Malthe, now 43, said after her shift on February 10 she went back to her room and went to sleep, but was awoken by "repeated pounding" on her door, from someone yelling: "Open the door Natassia Malthe, it's Harvey Weinstein." Feeling humiliated, she said she opened the door. She alleged Weinstein began implying sex would get her a role in an upcoming film while semi-undressed and then he began to masturbate. "I was sitting on the bed talking to Harvey when he pushed me back and forced himself onto me. It was not consensual. He did not use a condom," she said.

But she said shortly after it started he "insisted" in front of his children that she follow him and she was led to his bedroom. The Kenyan-Mexican actress, now 34, said she felt pressured into giving him a massage after he offered her one. "Before long he said he wanted to take off his pants," she wrote."I told him not to do that and informed him that it would make me extremely uncomfortable. He got up anyway to do so and I headed for the door, saying that I was not at all comfortable with that." Over the years that followed, he continued to get in touch, Nyong'o said, and when she declined another proposition she felt her career was threatened.

Try for free New York police questioned Mr Weinstein at the time of the alleged offence but no charges were filed.
Gossip outlets who investigated Ms Gutierrez after the accusations first emerged found she had once attended an infamous "Bunga Bunga " party hosted by Silvio Berlusconi.
She claimed she had been unaware of the sexual nature of the party before arriving, and eventually became a witness in a bribery case against the former Italian Prime Minister.
The New Yorker report also alleges three women, including actress and director Asia Argento, are accusing the producer of rape, including “allegations that include Weinstein forcibly performing or receiving oral sex and forcing vaginal sex”.
A spokesperson for Mr Weinstein said: “Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr Weinstein.”
