Don't Worry About Me, David Morrissey's stunning love letter to Liverpool, will be available on DVD from 8 March. To celebrate the release we have 20 DVDs to giveaway, courtesy of Verve Pictures.

A renowned actor with numerous film credits to his name, including, The Other Boleyn Girl, and most recently Nowhere Boy, as well as numerous award winning TV programmes, Don't Worry About Me is David Morrissey's first feature film as a director.

A poetic and hugely romantic tale of boy meets girl, Don't Worry About Me, premiered at the London Film Festival earlier this year, where it was praised by both critics and audiences alike.

London lad David (James Brough) sets out to Liverpool on a whim, eager to track down his one night stand, but his romantic adventure soon comes to a dead end when he turns up at her office only to encounter her less than amused boyfriend. Wandering the streets with a bruised ego and only loose change in his pocket, he stumbles into a betting shop desperate to win his fare back to London. Shop girl Tina (Helen Elizabeth) gives him a hot tip on a dog, and turning on the charm David manages to persuade her to give him a personal tour round the city. From the top of the Gothic cathedral to the eerie statues on Crosby Beach, a mild flirtation soon develops into something deeper and more profound, as secrets are revealed, insecurities exposed and passions ignited.

Don't Worry About Me is a visually captivating, warm and cathartic romantic comedy that melts into Liverpool's city back drop. Never has the European City of Culture been made to look so haunting and yet so inviting.
