Doctor Who 50th anniversary: More pictures released of An Adventure in Space and Time

The BBC has released more pictures of 'Adventure in Space and Time', a drama about the first Doctor Who series.

The biopic, which charts the creation of Doctor Who in the early 60s, stars David Bradley as the show's original lead, William Hartnell.

Brian Cox plays former BBC head of drama Sydney Newman, while Sacha Dhawan plays Waris Hussein, the first Doctor Who director.

Call the Midwife’s Jessica Raine plays Verity Lambert, the BBC’s first female drama producer and the first producer of Doctor Who.

An Adventure in Space and Time airs Thursday 21 November on BBC Two.
