Ten things Boris Johnson doesn't want you to know (but which last night's documentary revealed)
After the anticipated BBC programme 'Boris Johnson: The Irresistible Rise', we take a look at some surprising facts from Bojo's colourful history
He may have had an “irresistible rise” to the top, but Boris Johnson has a few skeletons in his closet.
His rivalry with David Cameron is well known, as is his time spent with the Prime Minister at Oxford’s Bullingdon Club.
But while Cameron would rather ignore his spell in the elitist group, Boris Johnson still bounds up to former members greeting them with “Buller Buller Buller”.
The BBC documentary also revealed more surprising facts from the Mayor of London’s colourful past.
As a student he flirted with the Social Democrat Party; he was fired from The Times for making up a quote as a trainee reporter, and he was previously married to a Tatler cover girl.
