In honor of International Pancake Day, February 23, here are some simple from-scratch pancake recipes to try explained in videos.

There is no one way to make a pancake but the method generally requires flour, baking powder, eggs, milk and salt. There are lots of options for enhancing the pancake with a variety of fruits, spices and chocolate and the garnishes range from lemon and sugar to hot maple syrup.
