Olympic legacy proving good for Sega as London 2012 game tops all formats chart again

For a third week running London 2012: The Official Video Game tops the gaming all formats chart.

The Olympic legacy is at least working for Sega as for a third week running London 2012: The Official Video Game tops the gaming all formats chart as families up and down the country look to replicate the glories of the games in the comfort of their own homes.

Elsewhere much is as it was too with little movement in a chart reflecting a summer without a gaming blockbuster. Look for that to change soon though with the likes of Square Enix’s Sleeping Dogs, Nintendo’s New Super Mario Bros. 2 and THQ’s Darksiders 2 all limbering up for release in the next few weeks.
