Obituary: Chung Il-Kwon
Chung Il-Kwon, politician, died Hawaii 18 January, aged 77. Korea's General Commander during the 1950-53 war, he served in the Sixties and Seventies as ambassador to the United States, Foreign Minister and Prime Minister under Park Chung-hee, who seized power in a military coup in 1961. Former president of the Korea Freedom League.
