The video shows a trainee is undergoing 9G training in what seems to be a rocket.

An off-screen voice can be heard yelling the somewhat comforting words: ‘Squeeze the butt, squeeze the legs, breathe...’.

His face turns red as he is subjected to the high G-forces. The training is usually undertaken by pilots or astronauts in order to prevent them from losing consciousness when they encounter high G-forces in the air that can cause the blood to flow away from the brain.

The video has been viewed over 250,000 times and despite the facial expressions, it appears the trainee passed the test with flying colours.
