Two men accused of the terrorist bombing at Harrods in January were charged with four more offences, including bombing the 9.05am London Victoria to Ramsgate train on 3 February and possessing two assault rifles. Patrick Hayes and Jan Taylor were remanded until 13 May at Arbour Square magistrates' court, east London. Mr Hayes was yesterday charged with the attempted murder of Police Constable Philip Thorne on 2 March in north London, a charge already faced by Mr Taylor.
