• Police in Copenhagen have shot dead a man they believe was responsible for the two deadly shootings

• The man killed in the cafe has been named as 55-year-old documentary maker Finn Norgaard

• Denmark has taken a non-punitive approach towards citizens who have gone off to fight for Isis

• The second deadly attack took place in the Krystalgade area and the man killed has been named as 37-year-old Dan Uzan

• A manhunt was already underway to find the gunman who opened fire at the Krudttonden cafe
