Chelsea: Potential summer transfer targets

Chelsea have been one of the most active clubs in the transfer market so far.

Highly-rated Belgian youngster Eden Hazard's acquisition from Lille has been the most high-profile signing but the Blues have also snapped up promising winger Marko Marin from Werder Bremen.

However with a radical overhaul of an ageing squad desperately needed and so much of the transfer window remaining, more arrivals are expected.
