Great Britain's Bianca Walkden intends to build on gold at the Spanish Open to make herself "unbeatable" in the taekwondo World Championships later this summer. The 21-year-old Liverpudlian, who missed out on a place at the London Olympics to Sarah Stevenson, powered to another impressive over-73kg title in Alicante on Saturday.

Martin Stamper narrowly beat long-time rival Vladimir Kim of Russia in the under-68kg final.
