THE SEA burial of John F Kennedy Junior, his wife, Carolyn, and her sister, Lauren Bessette, was not without controversy yesterday. While friends of the Kennedy family said that the decision would have accorded with the wishes of Mr Kennedy, who loved the ocean, they also suggested that one consideration had been a desire to prevent the burial place becoming a shrine.
