Combining the architectural appeal of unexpected geometric form and the comforting indulgence of layers of perfectly formed sponge, these immaculate cakes are the debut creations from the designer’s new patisserie range 'KUFcakes', an offshoot of her multidisciplinary brand KUFstudio which will encompass of a diverse selection of KUF-branded products including jewellery and window blinds.

Renowned within the design industry for her jewellery making skills and innovative product design, Royal College of Art graduate Utzon-Frank’s striking contemporary cake designs will be showcased at Clerkenwell London’s Design Undefined exhibition during Clerkenwell Design Week.
