As I cross over into the Docklands, two grunge-clad youths pass me on the bridge. "Look at the state of that Millennium Dome," they grumble. Everyone has something to say about modern architecture. Now is your chance to be heard. Architecture Week 1998, funded by the Arts Council of England, runs from 12 to 19 November and allows you a say in the way your environment is shaped. In a scheme called "Open Practice", more than 75 architectual practices will open their doors to the public.
