Since his breakout role in Breaking Bad, Aaron Paul has been hard at work attempting to become a legitimate Hollywood movie star; since 2014, Paul has starred in 12 films alongside his voice work in BoJack Horseman and role in Hulu series The Path.

Thankfully, the actor isn’t slowing down anytime soon. According to Variety, Paul has come on board Niall Johnson’s upcoming sci-fi thriller Android alongside Quantum of Solace’s Olga Kurylenko.

Co-written by Matt O’Reilly, Android takes place on a lonely spaceship orbiting Neptune. Paul’s character lives on the ship and attempts to rebuild his dead wife - played by Kurylenko - and their sons as androids.

Producer Margot Hand said of the casting: “We are so excited to see what Aaron and Olga can bring to this film. Niall and Matt have written a genre-bending and thrilling film that is grounded in the relationship of two complicated and interesting characters. There are no better actors to work with Niall to bring this film to life.”

Recently, Paul made headlines after interviewing Stranger Things’ Millie Bobby Brown, confessing his love for the young actor and her portrayal of Eleven in the Netflix show.
