Secret Cinema has revealed its latest event - taking on Ridley Scott's mesmerising 1982 sci-fi Blade Runner.

Over 60 shows will run from 21 March until June at an undisclosed London location. It's the tenth anniversary year for Secret Cinema, celebrating a decade of immersive cinema experiences which have whisked audiences away into the worlds of Star Wars, Back to the Future, Moulin Rouge!, and many other classics.

The Blade Runner experience will offer the full thrills of a Secret Cinema show: from the moment a ticket is purchased, you'll be immersed in the film's neo-noir futurism, its replicants and replicant-hunters. Attendees will even be assigned a character, with the expectation to dress appropriately, so get your shoulder pads and plastic coats at the ready.

Set in a dystopian LA, Scott's Blade Runner stars Harrison Ford as cop Rick Deckard, tasked with hunting down a group of synthetic humans, known as replicants, who have escaped from the off-world colonies they're confined to, led by one Roy Batty (Rutger Hauer).

And, for cinema purists, Secret Cinema will (of course) be screening Scott's own Final Cut - largely deemed to be the definitive version of the film. It's a perfectly timed event, too, considering last year saw Denis Villeneuve's equally gorgeous sequel Blade Runner 2049.

You can check out the first poster for the experience below.

Tickets will go on sale Thursday, 1 February, starting at £45. You'll be able to purchase them here.
