Black Panther: Brie Larson connecting people on Twitter offering to pay for people's movie tickets

Brie Larson is helping people who can't afford to see Black Panther by connecting people offering to buy tickets with people who need them.

The Room actress is using the power of Twitter to help her spearhead the initiative.

On Friday, she asked her followers if anyone wanted to see Black Panther but couldn't afford a ticket.

Since she posted, the giving has continued with users saying, "Would be happy to buy a pair for someone tonight in NYC. Can send them the Fandango confirmation. Help me find someone who maybe can't afford them right now?" and "I'd also love to buy a pair of tickets for anyone who can't afford it. Please let me know."

The actress helped connect people from all over the world to buy tickets, like Indonesia, Argentina and Canada.

Throughout the day, she's continued retweeting people's offers to purchase tickets for those who can't afford them.

Larson didn't just promote ticket-buying: she also helped boost the signal for someone fundraising for their multiple sclerosis medical bills.

One month prior to the Black Panther release, individuals and organisations began the #BlackPantherChallenge as a way to fundraise to help those in need see the movie for free.

Even though the film is already in theatres, the challenge has continued with the help of the 28-year-old actress.

It's safe to say that Larson is one of the good ones in Hollywood.
