Emilia Clarke as next James Bond? The 'trailer' for Jane Bond featuring Leonardo DiCaprio is already here

Move over Hiddleston, the world has a new favourite to be 007

The race to find the next James Bond is truly underway, with rumours hitting the internet that Tom Hiddleston and Jamie Bell are in ‘advanced talks’ to take the role.

However, it’s not just white British men tossing their hats into the ‘Next 007’ ring; this race has been characterised by the diversity fans are crying out for, whether it be Idris Elba taking over as Bond or a woman becoming Jane Bond.

One of those aspiring actors is Khaleesi herself, Emilia Clarke, who recently said "I have a lot of unrealised dreams. I would love to play Jane Bond.” The Game of Thrones star added that the ultimate ‘Bond boy’ would be none other than Oscar-winner Leonardo DiCaprio.

Now, thanks to Rolling Stone, we already have the first trailer for their Jane Bond film, featuring all the action, explosions and shower sex you would expect from any Bond film.

Clarke faces some stiff competition for the role of Jane Bond; Gillian Anderson recently put herself forward for the role, as have plenty of other women.

In recent Bond news, The Night Manager director Susanne Bier is rumoured to be the frontrunner in directing the next film in the franchise, Sam Mendes having recently pulled out. Mendes, meanwhile, has said the next 007 will “not be who you expect”.
