Jane Fonda, Rosanna Arquette and Catherine Keener were arrested on Friday while protesting climate change in Washington DC.

This marked Fonda’s fourth arrest in four weeks.

The actor has been holding weekly demonstrations against the climate crisis in the US capital.

Photos and video footage taken in the Hart Senate Office Building show all three actors being apprehended by officers along with other protestors.

Fonda has been wearing the same red coat since the beginning of the demonstrations, and images of her in hand restraints have become a weekly occurrence.

This week’s demonstration focused on the role of women’s rights in the fight against climate change.
