Mark Hamill's Star Wars autographs are surprisingly hilarious
Mark Hamill's autographing skills have proven to be absolutely A-class.
The actor recently took time on his Twitter feed to help Star Wars fans out by identifying both real and fake autographs of his. He's clearly deeply passionate about connecting to his fans on a personal level, as he had previously taken to the site to express his discomfort in signing autographs at the Star Wars: Force Awakens worldwide premieres, "Dealers remove personalised names w/ nail polish remove. LOVE the real fans - dealers who gouge fans... not so much."
Sure, hearts were broken when their prized possessions turned out to be fake; but it's a sweet gesture born out of a hope it will prevent future fans from getting duped by fraudulent sellers and having their hard-earned cash go to waste.
Several of the autographs tweeted to Hamill featured old, collectable Topps trading cards from the original trilogy. Clearly, he's seen enough of them in his time that he decided at one point to have a little fun with the whole thing, penning a whole host of quips and puns to feature alongside that desired signature. Hey, got to keep yourself entertained at those lengthy conventions somehow.
Autograph expert Steve Gad collected a favourite few in a post on his Facebook page to demonstrate's Hamill's flair for the art.

Truly, these hilarious autographs prove Hamill's a real joker. (Get it? Because he played The Joker in the animated Batman series? Never mind.)
Mark Hamill returns as Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: The Force Awakens , out in theatres now. Though we won't spoil where, how, or why.
