You'd have to be quite flint-hearted not to be touched by the energy and commitment of Phumi Tsewu, choirmaster at Fezeka High School in Gugulethu, South Africa.
This modest documentary chronicles the highs and lows of his choir's first ever trip abroad, to the UK, culminating in a no-holds-barred performance at Salisbury Cathedral. Incidental moments of domestic bafflement – the reaction of a choirboy as he first tastes rhubarb – enliven the mood, though the film would surely find a more congenial home on TV than in a cinema.
