Letter: DNA danger

Sir: How much more efficient Hitler and his henchmen could have been, had DNA technology been available to them - such a simple way of identifying those of non-Aryan blood. Perhaps a database could initially have been built up by taking samples from persons merely suspected of having committed a crime and then progressing to the whole population. Jack Straw may not be driven by such sinister motives, but what of his successors?
