Five-time Grammy winner Christina Aguilera is set to release her latest album, Bionic, on June 8, according to a March 25 announcement on her official website. The album's first single, "Not Myself Tonight," will premiere on christinaaguilera.com March 30 at 6:00pm EST.

Bionic features songs co-written by Aguilera and collaborations with Sia, Tricky Stewart, Le Tigre, and Ladytron among others. The album also features a ballad produced and written by Linda Perry titled "Lift Me Up." "Not Myself Tonight," which a press release calls a "fiercely energetic anthem," will be available on iTunes April 13.

Aguilera says of the album, "I was able to explore and create a fresh, sexy feel using both electronic and organic elements with subject matter ranging from playful to introspective. I am so excited for my fans to hear the new sound. It is something I don't think anyone will expect."

Aguilera has also recently completed production on her first film, Burlesque, co-starring Cher, Stanley Tucci, and Kristen Bell, and due out in fall 2010.

Bionic will be Aguilera's first studio album since 2006's Back to Basics, which went platinum in more than a dozen countries, earned a Grammy Award for Best Pop Female Vocal Performance, and was named iTunes' Best Pop Album of the Year.
