Sting, Elton John, Lady Gaga, and Dame Shirley Bassey are set to headline the 21st birthday benefit concert for Sting and Trudie Styler's Rainforest Fund, announced Sting's website on March 22. The event will take place May 13 at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

The concert will mark the second time Lady Gaga and Elton John appear together; the first took place at the Grammy Award cermony in January, when they performed a duet mash-up of her "Speechless" and his "Your Song."

Other surprise guests are expected at the event, which will be followed by a gala dinner featuring a live and silent auction.

The event will benefit String and Trudie Styler's Rainforest Fund, which the couple founded in 1989 to help a Kayapo Indian leader in Brazil. Over the past 21 years, the Rainforest Fund has worked with more than 100 local organizations in all major rainforest areas and protected over 115,000 sq km of forest.

Rainforest Fund concerts have been held at Cargnegie Hall for 20 years. The most recent, in 2008, featured Billy Joel, James Taylor, Sting, and Brian Wilson; in previous years, performers have included Patti LaBelle, Smokey Robinson, Tom Jones, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Stringsteen, and Luciano Pavarotti.

Concert-only tickets, $600, will be available mid-April through the Carnegie Hall Box Office, Carnegie Charge at +212-247-7800, or via a ticket order form at www.rainforestfoundationfund.org.
