Coldplay have released the timely new music video for their single “All Your Friends”.

The hauntingly emotive clip features numerous pieces of black and white footage taken from the First World War.

They dedicated the release to the “memory of all those from all nations who fought in the First World War”.

The track has been taken from Ghost Stories, one of the fastest selling UK albums of 2014, and the video released in time for Remembrance Sunday today.

The band are currently gearing up for the release of a live “visual representation” of the record, recorded in March 2014 at Sony Studios, Los Angeles.

“The magic theatre built by our incredible crew with the 360 [degree] screens was literally a dream come true. And it was the first time anyone outside of our studio had heard the new songs. This film is basically our original vision for the Ghost Stories album.”
