Prince made a surprise appearance at the 72nd Golden Globe Awards last night to a rapturous reception.
As he walked onstage to present the award for Best Original Song he was met with cheers, whistling, and possibly the best facial expression from Allison Janney.

Hands down the best-dressed man of the night, he strolled out to greet the audience in a shiny metallic suit and a diamond studded cane.

Cool as, well... Prince, he went straight to the nominees and crowned the winner: Common and John Legend's song "Glory" from Selma.
