UPDATE: 19/4: Turns out that the personalised hoodie Lana was seen wearing was one of a dozen Axl Rose gave out to friends and family. She has since deleted the Instagram post for the avoidance of confusion.

I can’t imagine anyone’s ever listened to them back-to-back, but be that as it may, it looks like Lana del Rey is set to support Guns N’ Roses on their reunion tour this summer.

The singer posted a selfie on Instagram yesterday with no caption but wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with the words ‘LANA DEL REY GUNS N’ ROSES 2016 TOUR’.

It’s actually not quite as bizarre a pairing as it initially sounds, with Lana being a big fan of the band - her song titles including ‘Guns and Roses’ and ‘Axl Rose Husband’.

There’s no word yet on which dates she’ll be joining the reunited band for, but they’re set to play:

4/19 – Mexico City, MX @ Foro Sol

04/20 – Mexico City, MX @ Foro Sol

04/23 – Indio, CA @ Coachella Music Festival

06/23 – Detroit, MI @ Ford Field

07/23 – East Rutherford, NJ @ MetLife Stadium

07/27 – Atlanta, GA @ Georgia Dome

07/29 – Orlando, FL @ Orlando Citrus Bowl

08/12 – Seattle, WA @ CenturyLink Field

Over the weekend, AC/DC announced that Axl Rose will be standing in for Brian Johnson during their world tour, and fans weren't happy.
