Susan Boyle's dream album stays at No. 1 on US charts
For the fourth week, Scottish singer Susan Boyle, the breakout star of the television talent show Britain's Got Talent has maintained the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart.
Fueled by brisk holiday sales, Boyle's I Dreamed a Dream is keeping soul singer Alicia Keys's The Element of Freedom from the top position and could edge out Mary J. Blige's new release Stronger WithEach Tear.
It is safe to say that Boyle is not a fluke. Her debut album has earned multi-platinum status, closing in on 3 million sold and vying with Taylor Swift's Fearless for the best-selling release of the year.
