I would never, ever, rather have stayed at home - this, for me, is saying a great deal. Bruno, the proprietor, from Versilia in Tuscany, is elegant and kind. His beautiful wife, Donatella, from Trieste, cooks the lightest fried zuccini ever. And try the salmon carpaccio or the hot crab."
